Accountant for Small Business Clients
We are looking for an accountant to support small business clients. The role involves working with a client database, tax declarations, and accounting records. Experience with the Georgian tax system is not required — full training and support are provided at all stages.
Responsibilities
- Managing a database of small business clients.
- Consulting clients on company services (training provided).
- Assisting with the preparation of tax declarations.
- Providing accounting support to clients.
- Working in the personal account of the Georgian Tax Service.
Requirements
- Russian language — mandatory.
- Georgian or English language — mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of taxation and accounting (not necessarily in Georgia).
- Knowledge of 1C, Oris, or similar software is a plus.
- Confident user of MS Office and Google Docs.

Responsibilities
- Managing and updating the client database.
- Communicating with clients via chat and phone (AMO CRM).

Requirements
- Russian language — native or near-native level.
- English language — confident level.

We are looking for a Front Office Specialist to work with clients and support business registration processes in government and commercial institutions. Training and support during the adaptation period are provided.
Responsibilities
- Supporting clients during business registration (Ministry of Justice, Tax Service, banks).
- Interaction with government and private institutions.
- Organizing notary visits and meetings with clients.
- Coordinating document translations.
- Interaction with Back Office and other departments.
- Maintaining and updating CRM data.
- Organizing work schedules and assisting management.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Higher education (management or law) is a plus.
- Russian and Georgian languages — mandatory.
- English language — an advantage.
- Confident user of office software.
Conditions
- Full-time, office in the center of Batumi.

We are looking for an experienced specialist to lead a financial services project. This is a key role combining strategic planning, operational management, and project development.
Responsibilities
- Managing cash flows and project liquidity.
- Responsibility for financial performance and profitability.
- Participation in negotiations with key clients and complex deals.
- Supporting client transactions from application to completion.
- Developing the client base and repeat sales.
- Making pricing and commercial decisions within company policy.
- Building, documenting, and optimizing business processes.
- Team management and task performance control.
- Ensuring accuracy of accounting and management records (1C).
- Analyzing project performance and preparing improvement proposals.
Requirements
